June 2010 Update

Wow, I cant believe how fast this year has gone and now its not long till we take Tasha for her Umbilical Cord Stem Cell Treatment in China,
We still have a few things to do and money to raise before we can make the miracle trip, we will need to come up with approximately $7,000 dollars for the hospital stay, treatments, general living expenses and flight to China because none of this is covered by medical insurance or the Government.

We are asking for any donation you can possibly make towards the miracle of sight for our little girl. We want Tasha to know that we did everything possible for her to see the beauty of God’s creations, so she can give the glory to the Lord Jesus and see the faces of the ones who helped answer her prayer. And if times are financially hard for you (we understand), and you are not able to give, would you please remember to Pray for Tasha, for God’s will to be done, and for the Lord to answer our prayer for Tasha to have sight. We also would like to Thank everyone for there support during our fundraising we would not be going without everyone’s help J We are extremely grateful to everyone for there donations and there support.

This month has been wonderful although we had to cancel Tasha’s Gala Dinner, we still Finally made it to the $50,000 mark. We still have $9,000 to raise.

We held a cent auction on the 13th of June and raised $2700, We would like to thank everyone who helped by donating prizes and there time on the day to make the event wonderful, we would also really like to thank everyone who turned up on the day and supported Tasha’s Appeal.

XR6 XR8 Commodore clubs also ran an Event for Tasha and raised $1300 we are so very grateful to everyone who helped at the Event.

We have also been continuing our Meat tray Raffles at the Warner Tavern on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm, this month we have been able to raised Just over $700. Thank you to all our locals as without you we would not be able to continue our Raffles each week. Our last week at the Warner Tavern will be the 31st July 2010.

$2000.00 in donations into account, Cash, Pay Pal and via cheques. I would like to thank everyone who has helped Tasha by Donating and support helping Tasha get her sight, you are all wonderful people.

Also The Lawnton Scout Group has made it so any donation that come in from the 20th July 2010, we can give Tax Deductible Receipts to Cash Donations over $2.00 so if anyone wanting a receipt should please email me at tashashopeforsight@yahoo.com.au or call me on 0430821261

This Month’s Total is $50,000 (Including $6,000 deposit for Tasha’s treatment)
We still need to Raise $9,000 in about 4 weeks.
